Founder & Managing Director
Jonathan is the Managing Director of Insite Facades Ltd.
He started Insite Aluminium Limited in 1988 as a commercial facade installation company. In 2007 Insite Facades Ltd was formed to offer design, supply and installation of specialist rainscreen cladding contracts to the construction industry. In 2014 Insite Facades Ltd was acquired by the Thermosash Group.
Jonathan oversees all aspects of the installation of Thermosash Group commercial projects and the specialist facade sub-contracts.
He has over 35 years’ experience in the construction industry and has overseen the successful implementation of major projects. He has a broad range of leadership experience from project commercial and procurement accountability to managing business transformation and change through business growth.
Head of Operations
Luke completed a Bachelor of Construction Management in 2009 whilst undertaking a Construction Management Cadetship with Multiplex Construction (NZ) where he worked alongside Insite Facades as Multiplex's Facade Supervisor.
In 2010, Luke joined Insite Facades as a facade installer, progressing quickly to a Site Foreman. When Thermosash acquired Insite Facades in 2014, Luke was promoted to Operations Manager and is continuing to build and develop the business in his role as Head of Operations.
Rainscreen Operations Manager
Steve joined Insite Facades Ltd in April 2017 as a Project Manager for our Rainscreen projects division.
In his current role as Rainscreen Operations Manager, Steve coordinates the design, engineering, procurement, manufacture and installation of Insite's Rainscreen Projects.
He has worked in the Metal Fabrication/Facade Industry for over 25-years in various roles including Project Management, Site Operations and Branch Management.
Steve has helped deliver award winning projects including the Auckland Art Gallery, Kings School Centennial Building, MPI Maurice Wilson Avenue and 132 Halsey Street Apartments.
Pre-Construction Manager
Adam has 18 years’ experience working for Specialist Facade Subcontractors in both the UK and for Thermosash Group New Zealand.
In 2015 he became Bid Manager transferring roles from our parent company Thermosash.
Adam was appointed Pre-Construction Manager in 2020 to front-end our Rainscreen projects, dealing with initial evaluations, concept design/suitability, estimating/budgets, value engineering, scheduling, and constructability reviews.
Construction Manager
Alan has more than 35 years in the Facade Industry.
As our Construction Manager, he oversees all of our construction sites. He ensures our projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality.
He uses his experience to mentor and guide our in-house installation teams, developing them towards the goal of being world class facade installers and site managers.
Office Manager
Shelby has been the Office Manager of Insite Facades since the start of 2020. She is responsible for the general office administration and the day to day accounting needs of the business.
Projects Administrator
Monica has been the Projects Administrator at Insite Facades for over three years, supporting both management and the site team.
With over 11 years of experience in the Middle East construction industry, she spent the majority of her career as a Business Development Executive/Contracts Administrator in an International Architecture and Interior Design Consultancy Firm for the Middle East and North Africa Regions.
