PROJECT OVERVIEW

Hospitals often have a critical path for early weatherproofing due to extensive fit-outs and the requirement to be operational quickly. 

They are generally retained by investors/health boards as long-term assets with a need for them to be durable and defect free for the design life of the building.

A rainscreen facade system that can be installed quickly and can manage high seismic and inter-storey building movements makes for a good cladding solution.

Insite Facades Ltd installed the envelope of this project on behalf of our parent company Thermosash Commercial Ltd which iincluded Enclad Terracotta Cladding System and Delta Commercial Window Suite.
